This a beautiful addition to the Mare series. Each "moon" is named after one of its features. This one is Mare Serenitatis (Sea of Serenity).
During the lifecast process a mold is made of a model. I then take these and cast them in resin to create my art. The intricate detail on the frame make this a beautiful piece! It's finished in gold presented in an antiques cream frame.
