Shipping policy

All our products are handmade by craftsmen.

For this reason, production and shipping times are longer than for mass-produced products. By accepting the terms and services you agree to a longer delivery time (2 to 6 weeks in general depending on production time and craftsmen's orders) and late delivery is in no case a valid reason for order cancellation.
